The firm

Allplan Certified Training CenterTotal BIM Consulting is a specialized brand that was created to deliver complete BIM services. It emerges from three complementary companies, which all habitually collaborate among themselves and with a wide experience in the building sector:

United they produce a synergy effect joining a team of highly qualified professionals. Architects, civil engineers, mechanical enginees and quantity surveyors united in one network, centralizing the entire BIM service and thus avoiding possible data transmission errors and optimizing times, resulting in an outright and complete service through Total BIM Consulting, pioneer in Spain.

Miguelangel Gea & Arquitectos, who coordinates and manages the enterprise, has a widely reknown experience in BIM technology, established in the firm since 2004 for all their projects.

Total BIM Consulting has integrated software applications connected by bidirectional data exchange, that allow us to render an outright and complete BIM service, working on one single model merging architecture, structural elements and building services. From this single model we automatically obtain quantity take-offs, valuations and partial acceptance certifications in any phase of the project. This BIM model helps resolving clashes and other issues between different construction elements, scheduling the execution process and providing the "as built" documentation for the usage and maintenance of the finished building.
