Hotel in Cuba

The hotel is located next to a water park on a plot which is parallel to the beach. It has 100 rooms, all of which american standard and providing a sea view.

Contest "Del BIM al Big Data" - First Prize

Total BIM Consulting won the first prize at the BIM modelling contest that was part of the symposium “DEL BIM AL BIG DATA” in Valladolid.

The task consisted in creating a BIM model of a three-storey 2.854m2 civic center building, including MEP model, structural calculations, quantity take-offs and suggestions for architectural design improvements. All this within just 4 days.

City of Justice of Cordoba

Building with a gross floor area of 50.894 m². Assignment following a public bidding process announced by the Regional Ministry of Justice and the Interior of Andalusia.

We converted the project's 2D plans into a BIM model that will be used in construction and facility management.

Resort Isla Valdecañas

Vacation resort on an 135 hectare island with 2 hotels, golf course, 300 villas and tourist village with 100 apartments, artificial beach lagoon, country club, swimming pools, sports facilities, riding court and marina.

We did all the design planning using BIM technology: from first sketches and preliminary designs to execution planning, quantity take-offs and budget planning.

Hotel Medical Spa (5 stars)

5-star luxury hotel with 116 rooms (29 of which suites). Gross floor area is 10.851 m² with an additional 1.570 m² medical-spa zone.

The entire project was carried out using BIM technology: From first sketches and preliminary designs to execution planning, quantity take-offs and cost planning.

Modern Art and Business Center

Preliminary design for a Modern Art and Business Centre on a 6.249 m² plot with two buildings: A four-storey Modern Art Centre and an office tower with 25 storeys.

The preliminary design was made completely in BIM, including quantity take offs and cost estimation. Also virtual models were created to study the interior design and the relation of the architecture with the surrounding city.

Inmeuble sur les sites Jumeles

16-floor office building in “Blocs Rouges” Nouackchott, Mauritania.

Structural consulting was realised by CALCONSA XXI S.L. using BIM technology.

Hotel Husa Golf de 4 estrellas

Hotel and golf club, with 80 rooms, 4 star category, with 3 floors and basement. 7.131 m².

The entire project was carried out using BIM technology: From first sketches and preliminary designs to execution planning, quantity take-offs and cost planning.

Parish center in Islantilla

Parish center with residential area in the upper floor for priests and vergers and underground parking. The ground floor of the parish center holds the temple and a chapel as well as a conference room, office space, storage and restrooms. An enclosed yard with a pergola increases the capacity during summer.

We did the preliminary design in BIM including cost analysis and visualisation of the exterior and interior of the temple.

114 flats in Mairena del Aljarafe

Condominium consisting of 6 free-standing blocks with 114 three-, four- and five-room-flats on 5 floors and an additional ground floor with commercial use.

The entire design process and execution planning was carried out using BIM technology, including structural design, building services and quantity take-offs.

Photovoltaic power station in Alcalá del Río

Grid connected photovoltaic power station in Alcalá del Río (Sevilla) with dual axis tracking and 1,20 MW (1,44 MWp) output.
